How to Recover Courrupted or DEAD Pendrive  or Flash Drive Or thumb Drive?? 
  Mostly Your pen drive could be dead because of very small internal error which can be repaired very easily

How to repair??

1)   plug in your pendrive or flash drive.
2)   go to this site  http://www.transcendusa.com/support/dlcenter/ORT_Software.asp?Link=OnLineRecovery.exe and download the software.This is made for transcend pendrives but it works for all pen drives!!!!
      It is a very small software of just  less than 1.5 MB. it is named OnlineRecovery.exe .

3) Now after downloading, right click the file and click run as administrator  for windows 7 and vista
                                                   OR
     Open it
  Now YOU Can follow this pictures
 














And it is done!!!
you have recovered your pendrive
